Dialogue Diversity has its headquarters in Aveiro, Portugal, and is a consultancy business specialised in Organizational Development, both in business and educational environment focused on entrepreneurial and intra-entrepreneurial approaches. The innovative training programmes for different target groups also include pedagogic and didactic approaches and materials, especially for social integration, empowerment, leadership, problem-solving, self-reflection and motivation, as well as ICT based methods which are constantly being updated. Thanks to a team of professionals with many years of experience in European Cooperation, D.D. boasts a curriculum that is a guarantee of quality in the design and implementation of European pathways and programs. On a national level, D.D. works with the following strategic partners: Vocational School of Aveiro, Aveiro University, Minho University, Job Centre and a varied and ever-expanding network of very good companies and organisations.  As part of the transnational mobility projects for VET students and staff, Dialogue Diversity operates as a hosting and intermediate organization providing the organizational and logistical aspects and the traineeship of the participants in Companies or Institutions in many different sectors. Our dedicated team make sure that the students/staff are accurately matched to firms in line with their experience, skills and goals and monitor their performance throughout.
