The CONNECTING EUROPE! project, a collaborative effort funded by the ERASMUS+ program, was featured at the recent EFVET conference held in Rhodes, Greece (25-28 October).
The project specifically focuses on the hospitality, healthcare, and technical sectors. During the conference, attendees learned how CONNECTING EUROPE! fosters genuine and transparent collaboration between VET providers, intermediary organizations, and employers. This collaborative spirit is seen as a key factor in facilitating student mobility and strengthening European partnerships within the Erasmus+ program.
The project’s dissemination efforts at the conference highlighted the importance of inclusivity in mobility programs. By promoting a responsive, high-quality, and collaborative approach to preparing VET students, the project equips them with the skills needed to thrive in today’s world. These skills include the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and adapt to change, making them valuable assets as active European citizens.
Overall, the CONNECTING EUROPE! project’s presence at the EFVET conference served to raise awareness of its impactful approach to VET student development and mobility within Europe.
